    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am suddenly receiving an error message with my scanner.&amp;nbsp; Code 5, 202, 54.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer still copies and prints, but does not scan. I have not changed anything. I am uing Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer is &amp;nbsp;acanon MG5250&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to reinstall, &amp;nbsp;have followed the instruction displayed on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/PiXMA-MP250-scan-error-5-202-54-Prints-and-copy-so-scanner-works/m-p/124137#M5119" target="_blank"&gt;http://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/PiXMA-MP250-scan-error-5-202-54-Prints-and-copy-so-scanner-works/m-p/124137#M5119&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oke.. this one is weird.. i solved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How? reboot the pc in save modus. removed the old software. reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;disconnected all the cables, installed the latest software, connect, reboot and it worked!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
