I recently purchased the MG6800 and every time i try to print something from my mac it takes forever or doesn't work... it states the "printer isn't responding", or gets hung up on "connecting to printer"... eventually it works but i have to repeat the process 4-5 times.

I can usually airprint but that option doesn't give me all the printing options i need...

any ideas?

Yes, I am experiencing exactly the same problem with my macbook but no issues when printing from iphone/ipad.

Hello.

Check to make sure that your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer. It may be possible that it is on a different network or SSID.

it will send a message directly but it's not the network, everything is on the same one. If i find a solution i will update this post....
