      <title>Pixma MG5420 copy not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pixma MG5420 copy not working , printer acts like it is working then spits out a blank sheet of paper, and yes it has ink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;updated the drivers and firmware, it did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used up a lot of ink&amp;nbsp;with all the cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The print and scan functions&amp;nbsp;work fine to and from my computer, just when I try to make a copy it comes out blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
