      <description>&lt;P&gt;They do not slide all the way to the left like they normally do. I cannot see all of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And they are not lighted up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't have a known solution for you, but this sometimes works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Power down the printer and remove power cable from wall socket. Wait about 30 minutes and plug back in.</description>
