      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Full disclosure?" &amp;nbsp;My Pixma MG5220 WAS indeed scanning impeccably -- until I "upgraded" the Operating System on my iMac desktop computer. &amp;nbsp;THAT'S when it all went KA-BLOO-EY!! &amp;nbsp;(Well, maybe "kablooey" is a bit too harsh a term to use here, since the multifunction machine DOES still print just fine, and copies swell, too! &amp;nbsp;BUT NO SCANNING!! &amp;nbsp;O, woe is me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had a problem with Easy Web Print EX and hadn't made any changes at all. Just for the heck of it I tried downloading the drivers again...and it worked. Everything worked good, then all of a sudden didn't. I spent half of a day experimenting and finally tried the driver deal. I wish that I would have tried that first.</description>
