    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have two laptops that have been working with the printer, operating on windows 10, but suddenly one has started playing up reporting that printer is offline, yet the other can continue to print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried uninstalling, tried checking the settings, drivers etc, but for some reason it doenst like me!&amp;nbsp; We are printing wireless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
