    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Cannon MG2400. Printing and copying are working well. Scanning is the only problem. When I use the IJ scan Utility, and click on settings followed by Document scan, the dialog comes up to do select the options &amp;nbsp;required. When I click on OK followed by clicking on Document, instead of showing scanning starts, it says scanner warming up...... and warns not to open the cover of the scanner. After a long wait, it shows the error message with an error code: 3,202,19 and a message that scan gear is closing down. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;S_V&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;RESOLVED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MG5420 printer, new. Will not scan- error message 3 202 19. I opened app IJ scan utility and clicked on autoscan icon, the scanner made some noises, but nothing else happened, got message "programme not responding". Printing and photocopying work fine. How do I get my scanner to work? I have Windows 10- is this software actually not compatible with Windows 10?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update: when I tried it again today it worked OK, guess it just needed time to settle in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
