      <description>&lt;P&gt;My computer does not recognize my new PIXMA MG2920, so it will not print. In fact, it doesn't do anything. I have been trying to resolve this for days with no success. I thought I might try this forunm before I decide to return the printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had this problem on and off for a long time now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have read posts tried many different things and now I have found that my Windows Firewall is preventing the reception of the printer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have disabled it and it can find my printer no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have Norton Security so I dont think the firewall is necessary. I think sometimes it gets put back on with microsoft updates?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
