      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried cleaning, deep cleaning, removing and cleaning the printer driver. When I do my test print the PGBK doesn't print and when I try printing any non-color document the page is blank. &amp;nbsp;I also replaced the ink cartridge itself. &amp;nbsp;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
