    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon iP8720 printer was working fine until three days ago when it started printing blank pages from any of my word processing files. HOWEVER, it prints a browser page perfectly and prints a test pattern of the color inks perfectly. But when I try to print a text page from Microsoft Works or Open Office it feeds&amp;nbsp;paper and seems to be printing (from the noise inside the print chamber) but the pages come out completely blank, not a trace of ink of any color. I have tried the printer troubleshooting and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, cleaned and aligned the print heads, updated the driver&amp;nbsp;and other things suggested by Canon phone Reps. Nothing has had any effect. I have ordered new ink cartridges and am waitng for them to arrive. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
