Software was installed with disc as sent with shipment.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I did the same on my laptop (also Winsows 10 OS) and had no problem. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it without success. Diagnostics indicate that there is no problem with the printer at all.
