Cannon MG5520 won't pick up paper

Hello,

We have a Cannon Mg5520 that refuses to pick up any paper unless you physically push the paper backwards while it is attempting to print.

We have run the "Roller Cleaning" about 15 times to no avail. We have turned the printer over and physically cleaned the rollers themselves (although they look perfectly fine, no dust, etc on them) and we still cannot get the printer to pick up the paper.

When we can get it to feed, it prints wonderfully, just can't get it to feed without manual intervention 99% of the time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
