When I try to do this, using Preview or using Word, I am able to click on "media and quality" and am presented with three choices, one of which is draft. However, when I click on it, it keeps reverting to the standard quality. Secondly, where can I adjust the density of the ink for an individual printing job or copying job? Thirdly, where can I find grayscale option? Does this options use less color ink than black and white? Thanks very much!
