      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon 3600 series - received error code 5100 - ink cartridges were fine however, paper was jammed. &amp;nbsp;Removed jammed paper, made sure no paper left in printer. &amp;nbsp;Tried to print again, same thing happened. &amp;nbsp;How do I fix this so I can print my documents?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rhonda Hall&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Danny,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for replying to me. &amp;nbsp;I have a Canon Series MG 3620 printer. &amp;nbsp;I also tried do the realignment process as the manual suggested as well and the alignment is still off and still jamming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rhonda&lt;/P&gt;</description>
