      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really Struggling. I scan a document on the machine. If I save it to my documents I can't edit it. It used to appear in my image gallery and now it doesn't. It is so difficult to understand the manual and the manual never mentions windows 10. Can anyone talk me through how to scan, edit (I need to scan upside down because document is in a big book) and save. I then need to make changes to the document. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
