    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought a cannon MG2440.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a wired printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inserted the CD and installed the software and finally got to step 3 where I need to connect and switch on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortantly, windows is not detecting the printer. I checked my cable connection and also restarted the computer and printer as instructed by the help menu to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you someone please advise me on how to proceed to connect this printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
