PIXMA MG5320 does not print - not even nozzle check pattern

Printer stopped printing after replacing ink tanks. I have read previoue entries on this board, I have tried multiple cleaning and deep cleaning maintenance. Nozzle check pattern puts out a blank page only. Printer head moves normally. As you may see to the far right on this pictute the ink seems to be spilling or splashing.
