      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rrecently purchased a Canon MG 3022 for my mother to allow her to print directly from her smartphone.&amp;nbsp; The error message I receive after trying to connect to the printer "Cannot communicate with the printer.&amp;nbsp; check that the printer is connected correctly."&amp;nbsp; Please expand on "connected correctly".&amp;nbsp; It is wirelessly working from two different computers on the network, clearly wirelessly connected.&amp;nbsp; What else could be the issue that is prohibiting access to detect or connect to the printer from the smartphone(s)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
