    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi nphannon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please connect the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer and attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the USB cable is connected to a USB hub, remove it from the USB hub and connect it to a USB port on the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; Do you get an error?&amp;nbsp; What error appears?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note, Canon's Forum is not intended for immediate help, but a place to allow for the Community to give you assistance and feedback.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;MG 6320 is printing but not scanning. Running Mac Sierra.&amp;nbsp;Tried to uninstall and reinstall Canon drives but didn't fix the issue. &amp;nbsp;Printer connected via USB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
