    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi canonmx432,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is connected via USB cable, please unplug the printer for at least 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on, then attempt to print again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using the printer wirelessly, you can reset your network to try and get the printer back online. To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Turn off your computer and the printer, then unplug the printer from the power outlet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Unplug your wireless router for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Once the router comes back on, please wait about 5 minutes, then plug the printer back in and turn it and the computer back on and attempt to print again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should you still experience difficulty,&amp;nbsp;we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying a solution from a &lt;STRONG&gt;6 yr old thread,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;when everything in your case is probably different might not work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you'd like assistance, please start your own thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should include the model of your device, your OS (version and build), what the printer is connected to and how? plus anything else that might help us better understand the challenge you are facing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're happy to try and help, but you have to give us a chance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
