    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue may be related to the disks being used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the unit is able to print normally on plain or photo papers, you may have to try using a different brand or type of disk to see if the ink sets correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using blank (white) DVDs made for inkjet printing. Not only is the print and color extremely faint but a week has gone by and the ink has not completely dried. This was all I wanted this printer to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
