      <title>Pixma MG6350 scanner not working - reinstall drivers?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am running a Mac El Capitan 10.11.4. Printer: Pixma MG6350.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer was not working because it was listed as offline. I updated the printer software with the driver from Canon's website. Driver version: 13.7.1.0. Then I added the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well - the machine is printing now, but it is no longer scanning. I have turned off the printer, rebooted my Mac - nothing works. ImageCapture does not display the scanner. I can't access the scanner at all. All I get is the option to print when I go to System Preferences and click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners. Machine is being used in wireless mode - no USB cable (I don't have one).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering whether I should completely remove the printer/drivers and reinstall. How do I do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
