Why MX922 paper guide seems too narrow to hold letter paper?

Just bought MX922 printer. Printer guide is too narrow for letter paper? What can I do to resolve?

Hello.

The MX922 has two sources for loading paper. An upper cassette for smaller sizes and a lower cassette for Letter sized paper. Please review the guide at the following link for details.

Hi keithhawk,

The PIXMA MX922 has two cassette trays to load the paper; the cassette (upper) and the cassette (lower). You will want to ensure that Letter size paper is loaded in the cassette (lower). More information on loading paper in the printer with illustrations can be viewed here.
