    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi rrtt,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When printing from the bottom cassette, the supported paper sizes are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A4, B5, A5, Letter, Legal, 8" x 10" (20 x 25 cm), European DL, and US Comm. Env. #10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a smaller paper size, please use the upper cassette.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In regards to print quality, please print the nozzle check pattern to determine whether the ink is ejecting properly from the print head.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i have two "questions"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1. i can't get the paper guide A in bottom paper drawer to move out of a4 position. i can get it to go legal &amp;amp; narrower, but nothing shorter.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. all of my ink cartridges are full, but my print quality is really poor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;suggestions for either?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just to make sure i'm understanding ...&amp;nbsp; when printing 8 1/2" x 11" paper, the paper guide (in the bottom cassette) does not need to be "snugged up" to the bottom edge of the paper?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
