      <title>New Pixma MX922 will not move to the set up step Print head alignment.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone back through the steps, verified the ink cartridges are all lit up. I've turned the printer off and back on. Still stuck watching the little ink installation video and it has never moved to the next screen to establish print head alignment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Removed the paper cassette and put back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No errors or anything. &amp;nbsp;Just, stuck at the little ink installation display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions other than wait until telephone support is in tomorrow? &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
