      <description>&lt;P&gt;new driver&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;epps-win-4_7_0-en.exe info says it works with Windows 10 (and 11 and 8 and 8.1); however Easy-Photo EX still says the printer is not installed. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The program you mentioned is not a driver, it's the Easy Photo Print software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This printer came out in 2004 (almost 20 years ago), and was retired nearly 10 years ago.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Product support is no longer available. Driver and content updates are not being made.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We recommend contacting the Canon Upgrade Program specialists to talk about getting into a discounted current-generation product that can meet your needs. They're at 866-443-8002.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
