    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MX472 printer and have always had problems printing with Windows 10. I cannot print a test page and get the message that the printer is not responding. Under devices it is listes as Canon MX470 series printer. I have reinstalled and still no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ash&lt;/P&gt;</description>
