      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For any inkjet printer, you may experience drying or clogging of the nozzles if the unit is not used for an extended period of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although storing the tanks in an air tight zip lock bag may help, we cannot guarantee this will prevent drying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you are ready to use the printer again, please try performing 2 deep cleanings from the maintenance menu of the printer to ensure that the nozzles are not clogged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, ensure that the unit is stored in a 32 to 104° F temperature environment with no dew or condensation as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If additional assistance is needed, find more help at &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
