Cannot Print Custom Sized Envelopes on MG7720

I just got yesterday my MG7720 printer. I can print teh exact sam docuemnt on cardstock (cut to size of envelope) but everytime I load envelopes it does not print correctly.

So we can better assist you, please let us know what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X), what size envelope you are trying to print, and how the envelope looks when it prints incorrectly.

I have downloaded the latest driver as requestsed by tech support. It prints card stock same size but not envelope. Envelope size is 5.1875 x 7.1875

The last picture is what I am trying to print. I am using Microsoft Word.
