    <description>&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;I received several messages, including from Canon, about cleaning the print heads and checking the nozzles in my Pixma iP4200, which I did, but nothing revived the black print cartridge PGBK.&amp;nbsp; Now it won't print at all and the print status box is stuck on "Gathering printer data." &amp;nbsp;What do I need to do to get it moving so I can proceed with the "no black printing" problem?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
