    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like help to know what to do to fix / clear the support code problem my printer has just come up with (5 minutes after successfully printing other documents).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It states:&amp;nbsp;support code 1403 'the type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head' on the display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would really appreciate some assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
