      <title>MG 6220 won't scan wireless</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MG6220 will print wirelessly but the scanner won't work. &amp;nbsp;I get the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot scan for these reasons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Scanner is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-USB cable is disconnected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner driver will be closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code:5,156,61&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10. &amp;nbsp;Uninstalled &amp;amp; reinstalled MP Navigator Ex to no avail. &amp;nbsp;Opened preferences to change Product Name but only one is listed. &amp;nbsp;Will scan using windows utility but that is very limited &amp;amp; won't create PDF files. &amp;nbsp;How can I get it to work properly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
