    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon MG2520 being used with Windows 10 32-bit, recently began having problems. When I scan documents, the option to put in the picture folder pops up. Why isn't the option to be sent to a document folder showing? Thanks for any assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The options for scanning and saving files are controlled by the IJ Scan Utility program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the program from the Apps or All Apps listing of the Start menu to adjust the settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need additional assistance, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
