      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a busy printing session using input from both a desktop and a laptop, the printer door remains open. &amp;nbsp;I don't see any obstruction. &amp;nbsp;It can't be forced closed either. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can anyone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
