      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate any suggestions on getting my new printer to work. I use a macbook and installed the MG 3202 and connected it to wifi from my computer I can print a test page but when I try to print anything else it show to be printing but it never prints.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi wendysuehouse,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With paper loaded, on your printer, please press the Maintenance button until "n" appears and then press the Black button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the page that prints, please take note of the IP address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your computer, please open a web browser and type the in IP address of your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to access the Remote UI or do you receive an error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/contactus" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/contactus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
