      <title>I keep getting a printing error message.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed Norton Utilities and keep getting printing error messages.&amp;nbsp; Cannot print off of computer anymore.&amp;nbsp; I deleted the original printer and reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; Now I see I should have uninstalled it, but didn't know how.&amp;nbsp; Should I go ahead and do that?&amp;nbsp; I had Norton uninstall their stuff, been on the phone with Comcast for hours, and Canon for hours, can't figure it out.&amp;nbsp; Comcast says it must be online or how could you be getting the error messages on the computer?&amp;nbsp; Canon says it's a problem with the WIFI.&amp;nbsp; I'm at a loss.&amp;nbsp; I've had the technicians at Canon, Comcast twice, and Norton on the phone for hours and still won't print when directed by computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Windows 10, a Canon Pixma MX490 on a WIFI connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a chat feature.&amp;nbsp; I am very hard of hearing and sometimes it's difficult over the phone to follow the directions, expecially if there are a lot of numbers etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
