My PIXMA MX432 prints certain documents in a light shade. The blacks are very light- almost purplish. This happens so far only in excel, but not all excel documents. Some print normally. I contacted Canon Tech Support and determined that the printer is functioning fine. They think it is an excel settings issue. Anyone have any ideas?
