My printer is MG5422. The printer won't let me print just because one color ink is low.

But I don't need that color. How do I change that with the printer?

Hello.

If a "low" ink warning is occurring, you should be able to continue printing. However, if an "empty" error has occurred, you will have to replace the empty ink tank before you can print again. This is to keep the nozzles from drying out or overheating.

If additional assistance is needed, find more help at Contact Us.
