I have a Pixma MG 7520 inkjet. I'll add that the wireless printing is working fine. Thank you for your help.

Please make sure that you have the latest scanner driver installed. The latest scanner driver for your PIXMA MG7520 can be downloaded from Canon's web site by using the following link:
