I followed your instructions for Nozzle Check and Print Head Cleaning. I even installed a new PGBK ink tank but still no black print. PGBK does not register on the Nozzle Check. What to do now?

Well I've had this issue before when using a New Cartridge.........my paper instructions advise that I use/Press a WET wipe across the ink-print head Several times.......which usually helps the ink to start flowing. We have to remember these cartridges have been in Stock & Sealed quite some time. Hope this works for you. If not, then your cartridge might be defective.

Also another Option is to check the Maintenance Tab of your printer options to Make Sure you've selected the RIGHT COLOR OPTIONS ------ Black, Color or BLACK & COLOR!
