Pixma MG3600 input paper jam

Pressing the print button the printer grabbed about 20 sheets of paper in the feed tray and took them in all at once. The stack of papger got all the way into the printer. It is still visible through the feed slot. Tried all the trouble shoot paper jam videos Canon has online. None works. Any ideas?

I do not see 'contact us'. Did you ever get resolution to your paper feed jam?

Everything that Canon published about a paper jam where you could not see the paper suggested having a professional printer repair. Since I only paid $34.00 for it I replaced it with one just like it for $34.00. The jam was created by using card stock paper which I had used before just fine. I just won't use card stock again. Thank You
