    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon iP7220 printer that I use on a network.&amp;nbsp; I set the printer up as instructed and my computers recognize it on the network but when I try to print it has an error message "PRINTER IS OFF LINE".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is on and all lights, on light and blue wireless light are shining.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea whats wrong with the system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try temporarily turning off any firewall programs on the system to see if this allows you to print.&amp;nbsp; In some cases, security settings can prevent access to the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error continues to persist, additional troubleshooting will have to be done to narrow down the cause of your issue.
