      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pixma MX490..had this printer for about two months and still cannot get it to print.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, just prior to returning it, I am going to try to get to print as a generic printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issues.&amp;nbsp; I hope someone can help me out.&amp;nbsp; I purchased a new computer and I've been trying in vain for a week to install my Canon Printer onto my new computer.&amp;nbsp; It keeps installing as a CANON Pixma MX490 Series FAX WS.&amp;nbsp; Naturally nothing prints.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why it keeps installing in this manner.&amp;nbsp; If anyone can help me I would be so grateful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fran&lt;/P&gt;</description>
