How do I get my Canon iP100 to print in color? All ink is new.

How do I get my Canon iP100 to print in color? All ink was replaced. Can't find anywhere in the settings how to click on color. I've had it three years and it has always printed in BW. Please help. I am an artist and need color copies while on the road.

My operating system from a Mac Book air is OS X El Capitain. I'm trying to figure out how to get my Pixma iP100 to print color. I put in new color and black ink but it still prints BW. All cartridges are full. Please help.
