      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer has always worked really well.&amp;nbsp; I have never had any issues.&amp;nbsp; Over the past two months my laptop now lists the printer as offline, but it is actually on and working fine.&amp;nbsp; I can print to it from other devices so I know it isn't the printer.&amp;nbsp; How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
