Hi All

I'm hoping someone can help.

My mum has an MG2950 printer, and I've borrowed it for a while. Whilst trying to set it up on my own network using WPS it seems to have developed a fault (the network setup did not complete, by the way).

When I power it up, it whirrs a while, and then takes through a blank sheet of paper from the tray; the wi-fi light comes on and it then sits unresponsive for around 10 seconds and then shuts down.

I've tried removing the power supply completely for 2 minutes, also tried removing ink cartridges. When I try to use the reset button, it doesn't work as the printer is unresponsive.

Any ideas?

Andy
