Canon MG6120 PVC Card Printing

Hello everyone. I've been trying to figure out this thing all day but havent made any progress. I've got a Canon Pixma MG6120 printer that I bought second hand in order to print my business logo on PVC cards. I've got the J/G tray which allows me to print onto 2 cards at a time. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to get this printer set up to print from the template. Can someone please walk me through how to get this thing set up? I've tried so many options, and still haven't got it to work. I've got Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft word, and Easy PhotoPrint EX. If I need a specific software, just let me know and I will get it.

My Setup:

Macbook Pro (OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite)

Canon Pixma MG6120
