    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue may be related to a setting in Word.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try printing from an entirely different program to see if the issue occurs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this only occurs in Word, try creating a new document from scratch and then print it to narrow down the cause of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;our Pixma MP280 has started pinting only thumbnails of word documents. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried several different ones and it makes no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where is the setting for fixing this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
