topic Impossible paper jam in Desktop Inkjet Printers

We have a mg5550 and it is currently jammed. However, the paper is not accesable no matter what we do. there is no way of puilling it out and no way of actually getting to it. I can't help but feel it may be time for the bin. Someone HELP!

We have tried turning it on and off again but this doesn't help move the paper through so we can reach it.
