Hello Got error code 13,242,0 on my labotop for a Canon MG4250 after finishing a scan - Does anyone knows how to fix this problem ?

I actually have a MG 5420, but same error code (13,242,0). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the IJ scanner software twice on my laptop and no joy. I remember having to do something similar (uninstall/reinstall IJ) when I got my last laptop (I burn them out pretty quickly), but don't remember having to do anything else. I checked and my .Net Frame is up to date with 3.5 version.

HELP!!!
